another question, lib/jt65sim.f90 line 193 uses a ratio that appears to
be related to the sample rate. Should that now become:
bandwidth_ratio=(2500. * 2.)/real(nsample_rate)
or is the 2500/6000 a constant expressing our SNR frame of reference
that should be the same for all sample rates?
