You can have as many lists with as much or as little frq info as you like,
if you will just create a configuration for it.

I did this for the Fox/Hound Test. I Cloned a working FT8 configuration. I
switched to that "Copy (as it is labled -Copy) , then renamed it to
Fox/Hound Test.

Then I went into the Freq Table and deleted all entries. At this point, all
I had to do was put in the 20/30/40/80 m freqs (Right Click Insert)
frequencies.

No separate list is needed. Just do a config and you're set.

I have separate configurations for:

FT8 HF and VHF
6M MSK144
Default
FT8 Fox and Hound
JT9G HF Scatter
WSPR

In each case, I just click on Configurations and select one of the above.
They all have their own Freq Table. Couldn't be simpler.
If a "real" DXpedition shows up, Clone your FT8 Fox and Hound test config,
switch to that copy, rename to KH7 Baker Island, set freqs in the
table....done.

You can have as many configs as you like and they can be highly customized.
