Hello,

This is on wsjtx 1.9.0-rc4 under Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit.

The TX watchdog is set to its default value of 6 minutes, yet it called CQ
for 10 minutes straight, until I manually disabled transmit. I wasn't
using the computer during that time.

I restarted the transmit and paid attention to the WD indicator at the
right end of the status bar. At one point it jumped from 4m back to 6m,
and I'm not sure what I did (if anything) to cause that. Perhaps putting
the window back in focus?

I let it continue to count down with the window out of focus, if that's
relelvant. It got to 0m and turned off the transmitter as expected. The
window may have been in focus during the initial 10m+ CQ session.

Is this behavior a bug or a feature? What can cause the watchdog to reset
itself by design?

Regards,
Jeff KG8IU
