#1 Hold Tx is off, double-click on a msg that does NOT have your call sign and
both Tx/Rx offsets jump to the target.#2 Hold Tx is off, double-click on a msg
that DOES have your call sign and only Rx offset changes.
This seems backwards. Is there some logic here I'm not seeing?
What's the intent?   Most straightforward seems like both should change Tx/Rx
unless Hold Tx is checked.  At a minimum this seems backwards that you do NOT
want to jump to an existing QSO's offset when you aren't part of the QSO.  And
a common problem is when somebody answers you late so you want to change both
Tx/Rx to them.  I know ctrl-double-click will do it but that's not intuitive at
all.
