Robert, I read your two messages. For the second message, are you being too impatient? Your first TX must have been at 15:31:15 but you didn’t wait for a decode and halted transmit - why? Were you using Auto Seq or not?
Remember RC4 does not decode 75 bit transmissions. At the moment there are only a few stations active on 20m and 40m with RC4. So you may see much activity on the waterfall display with no decodes. Perfectly normal at present until more stations use RC4. I normally run 10.13 on my MacBook (SignaLink + TS-870s) but to test your problem I re-booted to 10.14.1 with rc4 on 40m and immediately worked a DL2 and OE6. Everything is running normally and correctly. Decoding continues when ENABLE TX is active (but the rig is not transmitting). I do not believe there is any incompatability problem between RC4 and macOS 10.14.1. Perhaps have refresh of the Quick Start guide. — John G4KLA
