This was changed in a recent RC from NOT LoTW user to YES LoTW user. According to JT it was to conform to other programs with LoTW highlighting. I guess those programs are devoid of LoTW users.
Since the change, I just keep the LoTW box UNCHECKED as it is of no real interest as most users are LoTW members, so I don't need to be told that line after line. What I do want to see is those that are NOT LoTW users. But now it's a mystery. Red would stand out as something WRONG. Yes, I can change the color, but not the operational indication.
