No. ISCAT uses free-form messages. It's totally unsuited to
double-clicking or Auto-Sequencing logic.

ISCAT could be a LOT of fun. I was amazed at the sensitivity!!
It can be a lot of fun. But most QSOs you can make with ISCAT, you can
also make with MSK144, probably even easier. There is a fairly narrow
range of circumstances in which ISCAT is, or should be, the preferred mode.
