Ah, my logging software's mistake then. I entered a test call with /ME and it 
said England. I suppose since it is not allocated to any of the other entities 
in the UK my logger defaulted to England.

At any rate, two character modifiers following a slash should not be allowed 
because they are assumed to map to a DXCC entity other than the one indicated 
by the station callsign for legal identification when operating reciprocally in 
a DXCC not your own.
