Some operators do not lof without 73/73 or even 73/73/73.
Contest stations knpw that R/RR is OK QSO
That can be one reason for not in log.

I had a brief look at the first 95 stations in FT8 Roundup results,
comparing raw to adjudicated scores.
The failed QSO rate is about 9%.
Best was 0.3% , average 9.1% and worst 41.7%.
