It's probably people who have their rig audio as the default audio device.You'd
hear all the computer sounds..Frequently the Microsoft updates reset all the
USB devices....sigh....and you have to reset your default devices away from
your rig.
Do you have a wav file that you've saved with such sounds?

All those are decoded ok, but audio sounds totally different.
