I have been trying to sign up and I keep getting a message that
[email protected] is already in use. Not finding any password in my notes I
select the "forgot password" tab and reenter [email protected] as my email.
Then I am told that [email protected] does not exist. Only one can be true.
I thought that because I was doing things late at night, computers might
be turned off. So I tried it again today during business hours and got
the same responses. I think I need a little help just signing up. Any
help would be welcome.
I tried to use the other email address for support, but it was shut down
as it was part of Yahoo.
