Hi All,

eligible for DXCC purposes by then?
Most logbook users will want to log FT4-QSOs under this mode name right away and would not like to refrain from uploading to LoTW until the new mode is eventually acceptable.

Hi Alwin,

I believe the way to handle this is to create a mapping TQSL from FT4 to DATA, then upload as normal.

When the TSQL configuration gets updated by the ARRL LoTW team to support FT4 as a mode, presumably after the ADIF committee accept and release a specification including the FT4 mode,  you can remove the mapping in TQSL and upload your FT4 QSOs again.

That way your log will correctly show FT4 throughout and any matches you get with the generic DATA mode will be replaced later by more specific matches when your QSO partners also upload again with FT4 as the mode.
