Hello,

I have a similar problem to Alan (NX1W). My setup is monitoring 24/7 but
has issues with random receive lock-up with WSJT-X FT-8. Specifically, the
Band Activity window stops displaying messages, and broadcasting to
PSKReporter / GridTracker also stops. Apart from the software continues
working: audio input is fine (green 78dB), decoding to Waterfall OK and
timing is managed with BktTimeSync. Looking at the waterfall, all traffic
is in-sync with horizontal timing bars. Only solution (I found) is re-boot
WSJT-X.

Windows 10 Pro 1803
4GB RAM
Intel Atom CPU D525 1.8GHz.
ASUS AT310NT-I Mini-ITX motherboard (onboard audio interface with
isolation).
HRD 6.0.0.236 (CAT control).
GridTracker 1.19.0817
BktTimeSync V1.11.1
WSJT-X V2.1.0
VNC remote connection.
Yaesu FT1000MP MkV Field.

Although I use a low-spec PC dedicated to FT-8, I've been monitoring
resources without obvious issues (run this setup for a few months now)

I have had this issue on earlier version (1,9) using a different PC
hardware setup. Apart from that, WSJT-X is great piece of software. Hope
this is useful.

P.S. Does WSJT-X have any debug output capability? Any data we can capture
for the development team may be useful.

Regards,
Andrew (G4WWG).
