Quite a few. On Tab 1, Hover your mouse over the Tx1 button to see the
option enabled with double click. Any station can enable this, not just
nonstandard callsigns.

Umm, no. The message length of FTx messages is the same whether grid
> locator is included in the message or not.

Any single FT8 transmission takes the same amount of time, but a QSO,
consisting of a mutually acknowledged exchange of call signs and signal
reports, can save one transmission if the caller skips Tx1 and uses Tx2
first:

CQ OH2GQC KP20
OH2GQC K6PO DM12
K6PO OH2GQC -10
OH2GQC K6PO R-12
K6PO OH2GQC RR73

vs.

CQ OH2GQC KP20
OH2GQC K6PO -12
K6PO OH2GQC R-10
OH2GQC K6PO RR73

Personally I have not noticed anyone being annoyed by either choice, but
then the FT modes aren't optimized for communicating annoyance.
