I'm just passing this along from what I just read in the October 2019
issue of Radcom (LF column). Chris, 2E0ILY, reported that UploadSpots
was set to false in the wsprx.ini file, even though the Upload Spots box
was checked in the program. He indicates that deleting the ini file and
let the program rebuild it fixes the issue, or as the editor suggests,
changing the line so it reads UploadSpots=true. Perhaps this is causing
the reports on spots not being uploaded to wsprnet.org.
I'm not into WSPR, nor subscribed to the wsprnet forum, so this may be
old news. I just thought I'd pass this information along because it was
reported on this email list that wsprnet was losing spots, and I just
happen to stumble upon this note in Radcom. I'm not trying to re-ignite
a flame war on wsprnet.org.
