Hi Stan,

I'm not familiar with XMLog, but it appears that it can export your
log (or a subset of it - perhaps just the digital mode QSOs) in ADIF
format:

http://www.xmlog.com/help/Import.htm

Place the resulting ADIF file in your WSJT-X log directory, with
filename "wsjtx_log.adi", then launch WSJT-X, and you should be all
set.
