I am using WSJT-X v2.2.2 0d9b96. When starting in FT8 mode on the 6m band the program would crash frequently, as others have reported. For me, when I changed the band to 2m it did not crash. Zero crashes. After operating on 2m for about half an hour I changed bands back to 6m and did not have any further crashes. The behavior was very repeatable. I was operating in the VHF contest last weekend and had many crashes and many cycles on 2m to validate the behavior.
