Hi Stefan,
the FST4 and FST4W decoders share a lot of common code so we decided to
report FST4W similarly to all the QSO block modes in WSJT-X, i.e. the
lowest tone frequency is the reported frequency. The same is true for Tx
audio offsets. Changing WSPR at this stage is not practical.
