Hi Jim,
usually a combination of SmartSDR and it's companion DAX. How you get
baseband demodulated audio into suitably length and timed audio .WAV
files is your choice but we would recommend using WSJT-X to do the whole
job from baseband demodulated audio to decodes. As a bonus it handles Tx
as well.
