Look at the current Guide. FST4 and FST4W have no submodes with larger
tone spacings.

I'm just tweaking the FST4 support in SparkSDR and had added support
for the A,B,C&D submodes but they do not seem to be an option in the
latest WSJTX, have I missed a setting or should I remove those
options?____
