No problems with download or install on my 64bit Win 10 Pro for Workstations.  
This has been the case for all recent releases.

I successfully downloaded the sources for 2.5.2 and built on Ubuntu 20.04 and 
Raspberry Pi OS 10 "buster". Smoke test on both platforms successful.
