Are these parameters possibly being causing this issue of many TX retriesĀ  or are there influencing only the RX band-pass?

Best regards!

Hi Marco,
The frequency calibration affects only to the carrier frequency i.e. the frequency rig is using for radio frequency generation. In effect it is the same as you were tuning the frequency of your synthesizer crystal oscillator. It has no affect to transmitter or receiver band-pass. A very minor TX frequency change, 1 Hz, as such should not make a radical change into the decoding process on the interference point of view. Success of it may as well be due to a QSB change or the interfering signal stopped as that contact were luckily completed during those three cycles Saku mentioned. You never know! Generally a larger TX frequency change should be more effective.

Hello Reino!

Thanks for the clarification, I doubted of my new frequency calibration settings because looks like the amount of TX retries has augmented after I made the changes.
