I would look at the water fall display bursts being over the line and estimate the time offsets.
Wait till the seconds were into the next minute and set the seconds to 30 + or - the an estimated correction then start the clock at 30 seconds. After decoding a few, I'd check the time offsets in the WSJT display and do it again if necessary. If a bit set high was an indicator of a trusted time by a station, it could be used in SW to auto-correct or at least set an indication or alarm.
