Rig split is a bit clunky on older Icom rigs as they have no concept of setting
VFOB freq and mode. You have to swap things around which is clunky.That's one
reason Fake It was created as it behaves better for rigs like that.
Newer Icom rigs have the 0x25 and 0x26 commands for setting the "other" VFO --
still no concept of A/B but works in Rig Split much better.
