Hello Kyle, There is a minor side-effect when you attach a screenshot. The resolution is so low that I cannot read it easily or not at all. There is a more useful method to include the error message as text into your mail: Focus on the error message and copy it using Ctrl-C and paste it into your mail by Ctrl-V. No painting is needed. That also saves a lot of bandwidth.
