I've been working on http://incubator.apache.org/tsik/api/org/apache/tsik/wsp/package-summary .html for WS-SP a bit. Maybe I could retool this package a component that WSS4J could use for policies, and the existing map-based WSDD entries could be represented with a Graph containing mostly MapActions, and then this Graph can be seamlessly moved to a WS-SP based implementation?
