Hi all, whenever I try to access the wss4j cvs repository as explained here http://ws.apache.org/wss4j/cvs-usage.html I receive an error message "connect to cvs.apache.org:2401 failed".
Could please somebody explain how to access the repository? Or do I need to use subversion instead? If so which URL is correct?
