probleme Cannot load properties crypto.properties

hi
i have a question for wss4j.
i use axis1.2.1 and wss4j for developing a web service. i want to encrypt
the UsernameToken to protect the information. i followed introduction which
is posted in the internet. but i had exceptions liks this
Exception in thread "main" AxisFault
faultCode: {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org.soam/envelope/}Server.userException

faultSubcode:
faultString: java.lang.RuntimeException: Cryptofactory: Cannot load
properties: ......../crypto.properties

i think it can't load crypto.properties, but i don't know why
can you give some advice?
it is very important for me.
