That's possible. please have a look at the interop scenarios (AFAIK it's scenario 3 or 4). These use a double sign with different keys. WSS4J uses "handler chaining" to do this. Pls also refer to the Wiki and the WSS4J Javadoc, in particular the *.security.axis package description.
