Difference between Oasis WS-Security 1.1 and WS-Security 1.0

Hello,
can someone make a brief review of the difference between Oasis 
WS-Security 1.0 and 1.1 specifications?
It would be also useful to know if wss4j will support 1.1 in the near 
future.
