This is a patch that solve the problem at the client side.
I tried to change the code as less as possible, so i didn't add a third
password type:
if in the wssconfig there is not a passwordType parameter than the password is
not sent (as for the created and nonce tags).
The patch was tested against a Microsoft.NET WSE2.0 server and it is
interoperable.
