how to send fault code with security headers in axis1.4?

Hi, at service side I am trying to throw response of user defined fault
object with security headers .

since the client handler DoAllReceiver expecting security headers in
response. But I am unable

to send fault object with security headers after altering the DoAllSender
handler code. I know that this issue was not new but if 

anybody have suggestion that will be gr8.
