UsernameToken.java contains methods to add wsse11:salt and wsse11:iteration
elements for the WS-Security 1.1 UsernameToken Key Derivation functionality.
However, the ":" is omitted in both cases meaning that we get:
wsse11:Salt
wsse11:Iteration
Please apply the attached patch for this.
