Enclosed is a patch for some minor changes to the error handling messages, in
order to conform more closely to the 1.1 specification.
- Corrected some standard error messages
- The TimestampProcessor now throws the 1.1 MessageExpired faultstring.
- Separated the error messages for both the encryption (action) and decryption
(processing) cases, the latter throwing the standard FailedCheck faultstring.
