EncryptedKeyProcessor fails to record QName of decrypted element

When decrypting an element, the EncryptedKeyProcessor neglects to record the
QName of the decrypted DOM element.
A simple fix with test case will go into the 1.5.4 fixes branch (for RC3) and
will be merged to the mainline at or before the 1.5.4 release.
