Some fixes for the website

There are a number of issues with the website:
- Clicking on "WS-Security features" does nothing
- Ditto for "WSS4J Use Cases"
- No hyperlinks are provided for the individual use cases.
- When the website is generated with "mvn site", there are a large number of
javadoc warnings.
Please apply the attached patch to fix these issues.
