Some work has been done already on improving the unit tests for the next
release. Further improvements we should do include:
- Redirect all logging to a log file, rather than the current mix of log +
stdout
- Remove c14n'ing while logging, as this hinders debugging problems
- Remove unnecessary c14n'ing and converting to and back from an Axis message
before verification
- Work with raw Document rather than use Axis MessageContext to set the
message up etc.
- Rename tests in a more meaningful manner.
