ReferenceListProcessor wrongly uses the signature crypto implementation, rather
than the decryption implementation. Also BinarySecurityTokenProcessor assumes
that the BST is being processed for a signature and uses the signature crypto
instance to parse the certificate(s), whereas it should check for null first.
