There are IBM products building on top of WTP 0.7. These products will require a WTP maintenance release to pick up NL fixes.

Are there any products that are planning to build on WTP 0.7?  If so, do they require at maintenance release to correct NL and other bugs? This release would be built on Eclipse 3.1.1 (due this Fall).
