We've just released the code change to fix the JUnit failures that started appearing in the jst.ws.test plugin in recent builds due to the removal of the "multiple module per project" preference.
Please respin the I-build if we want to get an I-build with clean JUnit results. Despite this JUnit failure, the latest I-build (0825 18:35) is still OK to use as a development platform.
