to get this in place.

As we scrub our defect lists, however, no one should "blindly" move things to 101 to get them off of some
particular list. Be sure you only assign things to 101 that are
both known-to-be-required for the maintance release and known-to-be-achievable by the maintenance
release (the exact date of which will be set by the PMC pretty soon, but, as per our published plan,
"following Eclipse 3.1.2").
