Yes, I just got it too. Some changes were recently made to the Bugzilla database schema (the new Classification field). Maybe this broke the queries. I'll followup with the Webmaster.

RC4 is now ready for testing. Our plan is to test this for a week. If the quality is acceptable, this will be our 1.0 release. Please be prepared to give a ship/respin recommendation at our Thursday status call.
In addition to testing, we also need to focus on cleaning up Bugzilla. We have a very large number of unverified fixes. Here's the Top Ten List [1] by component. If your component is done, then help your teammates. Our goal should be to verify and close as many of these as possible before moving on to 1.0.1 and 1.5.
