Arthur - Sinan and Lawrence were absent. I'll follow-up. All other bugs are still feasible for 1.0.1.

2. WTP 1.5 M4 Status - David Williams
David will review the status of the port to Callisto.
David - Some problems exist in EMF. I'm working with Craig to resolve these. M4 should be done 7pm EST tonight. Request teams to smoke test by noon EST tomorrow. Can West Coast teams do this (by 9am PST)?
Der-Ping - Data team can do smoke testing by 9 AM PST.
Kosta - I should be able to smoke test Facets. However, we don't have a written smoke test for Facets.

TimW - How closely will WTP track prerequisites after M4?
David - We won't pick up Nightly builds, but maybe Weekly builds. We should stay on Callisto M4 for 3 weeks.
Arthur - What about the EMF problem?
Craig - We'll use the workaround to avoid the Sun JDK 1.4.2 Crimson problem.
Larry - What about versioning?
David - See my note on dev list. [2]
Kathy - Should we change the 1.0.1 plug-ins to use the fourth field qualifier?
David - Yes but hold off for a while.
Kathy - How long?
David - Do this for next week's I-build, except for Test plug-ins. Our Test framework doesn't handle the version qualifiers yet. Jeffrey is working on that.

Arthur - Sinan and Gercan were absent. I'll follow up. We reviewed bug 117726 and Igor agreed this was too minor to be on the Hot List. I'll remove it. All other bugs are still feasible for 1.5.

4. Requirements Process - Jochen Krause
Jochen will review the requirements process.
Jochen - I want to discuss requirements process for 1.5. I posted a plan document [1] but didn't get any feedback.
Arthur - I apologize for not sending you feedback. The document is currently inaccurate. It contains items we are not doing in 1.5.
Jochen - We need to discuss the planning process, e.g. look at the 258 enhancement requests in NEW status. Our goal should be to get an agreed on 1.5 Plan document. How should we handle the enhancements?
Arthur - They can be assigned to developers but left as untargetted.
David - Other projects also resolve them as LATER. However this has the disadvantage that that are in the RESOLVED status.
Arthur - We need to restart the requirements meetings. Jochen, will you lead the meetings?
Jochen - Yes.

Karen - What list should we use for announcing smoke tests? dev or releng?
David - John Arthorne requested that we move smoke test traffic to releng.
Arthur - Everyone agrees to use releng
