In terms of code, this is the same as this week's I-build (I200601130122) and I've just re-produced this one to have
labels consistent with our naming rules.
And, if any readers of this list have lost track, ...
this is our "starting point" for Eclipse 3.2 based development toward WTP 1.5 and we've named it "M4" (instead of "M1")
simply to help everyone keep track of fact that it depends on the "M4 version" of Eclipse base and our prerequisites.
