I've just tonight started

It explains itself, but I'm hoping that as we committers have questions (and find answers!) that
any of us will update the page with useful notes and links.
(no need to ask permission .. just update it as you'd like).
I know "real web programmers don't use wikis" :)
but, I'm thinking it might be great for this "updated by many over time"
sort of collaboration.
