I don't think now is the time to be changing the UI. That ship has sailed. Please plan this work for WTP 3.0, and maybe if appropriate exceptions and approvals are granted, maybe for a WTP 2.0.1.

I hope that changing the name of the J2EE perspective label would not break anything. There are also other labels to be considered like "J2EE Module Dependencies".
