webtools.webservices Committers, Kathy Chan has expired the commit rights for Craig Salter (csalter). The reason for this change is:
Due to changing job responsibilities, Craig is no longer able to devote time and attention to the WTP project. He had submitted his resignation to the PMC. In recognition to Craig's contribution as the former component lead to the XML component and the XML Web services tools, I would also like to nominate Craig for the Committer Emeritus status. Thank you for all your contribution to WTP, Craig!
