Keith, I've changed bundle to plugin for now. Will move back once
272176 is addressed. I checked in the latest xsl.map file with the changes.

Dave, one option is to use plugin@ as a short-term fix, Can revert
this change once the bug is fixed.

Yeah, Nitin just added the XSLT maps last week to Babel. So I'll keep
an eye on the Babel builds.
