Hi Lance, this question is better suited for the WTP newsgroup. Yes, you can instruct the WTP XML tools to ignore this problem: go to Window->Preferences->XML->XML Files->Validation and change the value of the field "Indicate when no grammar is specified" from Warning (the default) to Ignore.
