Most existing installs should be able to update to this level with the "Check for Updates" function, or installed directly from the common repository at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios/ Remember, for convenience, there are also some all-in-one packages available from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ Such as the Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers, or Eclipse IDE for JavaScript Web Developers.
